Infant Sleep Solutions are unique for each family. You must understand all the dynamics that lead to best, safe sleep in order to create the plan that will actually work for your baby. All the rules, routines and well-meaning advice in the world will not work without taking into account the individuality of the infant and their basic, primal needs. We do NOT promote the "cry it out" method for infants, as it has been scientifically proven to cause negative structural brain changes and other unnecessary and unhealthy physical effects on your developing child. This service is for parents of infants up to 6 months old. You will receive step by step tools to evaluate your infant's needs as well as your current bedtime and night-time parenting practices. Once you understand and identify ways to make positive change, you'll have a checklist that will help guide you through the next steps that lead to lasting, safe sleep for baby (and for you!!) We will meet one-time Virtually for a personalized consultation, to go over your current situation, and set up a personalized plan. You will receive paperwork everything you need so that you can then work the plan on your own! Your Baby’s Sleep Hygiene Needs: • To “tank up” at the end of the day with food and touch • Warmth and closeness to feel safe and secure and turn on their relax-response • A happy tummy: well-burped and well-tooted • Routine! Routine! Routine!
